Memberships are where Urban Mutts really pays off: save £14 to £26 a day versus Paw As You Go, with perks like a Daily Pupdate, grooming and retail discounts, and hotel priority. Prefer to keep it flexible? Paw As You Go is always there.

£25 first hour, then £6/hour
Every membership includes a Daily Pupdate, your dog's daily report and photos sent straight to your WoofBook Chat, and each daycare session is a full 10-hour day (or two 5-hour half-days).
Billing: Membership billing runs on the 1st of each month. If you sign up between billing cycles, you'll pay a pro-rata amount for the rest of the current month, plus your first full month upfront. For example: join on 10 June and you'll pay pro-rata for the rest of June plus all of July, then your next payment is on 1 August.
Hotel bookings open 3 months ahead, or 6 months for Pack Leader and Top Dog. Hotel stay discounts apply off-peak only. See the 2026 peak dates.
What a day looks like
Personal attention, supervised play, and proper rest, with a vet-designed wellness check at the start of every visit. We believe in balance: structured activity paired with real downtime, so your dog comes home calm and content, not wired or crashing.

What's a Daily Wellness Check?
When your dog arrives, one of the Mutt Squad gives them a gentle once-over, head to paw. We note anything that looks out of the ordinary. We're not vets, but we know our dogs, and we know when something doesn't look right, so you hear about it early.
We're proud to have Palace Vets, an independent, personal London practice, on-site with us. If our team spots something during a Daily Wellness Check that needs a closer look, you've got options. We can leave it with you to consult your own vet, or, for complete peace of mind, the Palace Vets team can consult on-site. Additional consult fees apply.

The standard daycare day runs 8am to 6pm, full of our Mutt Skool curriculum, play, and rest. Need a later pick-up? Evening care from 6pm is still bookable, perfect if you're heading into the West End for dinner or a show. It's relaxed downtime rather than curriculum, but your dog is in safe hands until you arrive.

Bringing your puppy to the club
Puppies are some of our favourite arrivals. A little planning sets your Mini Mutt up to settle in, make friends, and love their days with us.
Fully vaccinated first
Before joining, puppies need to have completed their primary vaccination course. That's the first shot, a two-week wait, then the second shot, followed by a further two weeks before they're considered fully immunised. Count back from your ideal start date and we'll time the application to land just right.
Starting on Pack Integration
Every dog at Urban Mutts is on an ongoing assessment, with two levels of access: Pack Integration and Full Access. Mini Mutts almost always begin on Pack Integration, in shorter two-hour or five-hour sessions. We keep those early days short on purpose. Long days too soon can hold a puppy back, so we build their confidence up gradually instead.
Set up for success
Going gently now pays off later. Short, positive sessions help your puppy feel safe, learn the ropes, and grow into a happy, well-socialised club regular. We'll always be upfront about where they're at, so you have realistic expectations from day one.
It all starts with a Taster
Every Mini Mutt begins with a Taster Session, 12pm to 2pm any day of the week. We'll meet your pup, see how they settle, and find the right way for them to use Urban Mutts. How they're placed shapes how you can join, whether that's Paw As You Go or a membership built around shorter days, and we'll walk you through it all.
