An Urban Mutts stay is worlds away from a kennel and a quick toilet break. Every overnight guest lives the full Club life, the very same enriching day as our daycare dogs, with genuine 24/7 care from a team who knows them.
Days in the Social Club
Every boarding dog spends their day in the Club, getting exactly what our daycare dogs get. Nobody sits in a kennel waiting for pick-up.

Daily outside walks
Every hotel dog gets out for a walk. These are sensory adventures for the mind, not just a leg-stretch, and where the day allows we'll aim for a second in the afternoon.

Round-the-clock attention and overnight supervision, with your dog resting in a cosy, climate-controlled Sleep Hut rather than a cage.
A note on socialising: Because every guest spends their day in the Social Club, all boarding dogs must be sociable and have completed Pack Integration. It's how we keep the whole pack safe and happy. New to Urban Mutts? Start with a daycare taster so we can get to know your dog first.
Hot weather: Walks are weather-dependent. Due to on-site logistics, walks begin from 9.30am, so if it's already too hot by then (above 23°C), we swap walks for extra sensory enrichment in the Club instead. If there's a window to get even a short walk in before it heats up, we'll always take it.
The Overnight Trial
Before any first Hotel stay of 3 nights or more, your dog comes in for an Overnight Trial: a relaxed first sleepover, so they feel completely at home with us before a longer booking.
For a dog who takes to the club brilliantly and shows no signs of anxiety during their Taster Session, we can sometimes combine the two, rolling straight from the Taster into the Overnight Trial that same day. It's rare, but lovely when it happens.
1. Taster Session
First, a daytime Taster so we can meet your dog and see how they settle into the Club.
2. Overnight Trial
Then, on a separate day, a single night with us, with collection at 12pm the next day.
A Daily Pupdate, straight to your phone
Every day, you'll get a personal Pupdate: a report on all their adventures plus a gallery of fresh photos, sent right to your WoofBook Chat. Wherever you are, you'll see the zoomies, the naps, and every happy face.

That’s our lowest nightly rate, for our longest stays. Your price changes with your dates and the season, peak nights cost a little more, so this is a floor, not a flat rate.

Rates are per 24-hour block from check-in, and dogs from one household share a hut at a discount.
Go past the final block and the extra hours are charged as daycare, so an 8am check-in collected at 3pm adds 7 hours. Members can put their daycare credits towards Hotel stays. Final price is confirmed at booking.
Securing your dog's stay
Sleep Huts are limited and stays book up fast, so it pays to plan ahead.
3 months ahead
Hotel bookings open 3 months in advance. So on 1 June, September stays become available; on 1 July, October opens, and so on.
Members book 6 months ahead
Pack Leader and Top Dog members get priority and can book up to 6 months ahead.
December 2026 opens 1 September, 8am
Christmas is our busiest time of year and Sleep Huts go fast, so set yourself a reminder.
